Prabhas used to practice gym for 6 hours a day. Out of which one and a half hours, he used to do cardio exercises so that his body fat could be reduce. To increase the strength of body masses, Prabhash used to do one and a half hour weight lifting in the evening, including heavy workouts such as bench press, deadlift, and league press, squat. Prabhas trained with Laxman Reddy for Bahubali 2, Laxman Reddy won the bodybuilding competition organized in 2010 in Las Vegas. During the workout, Prabhas also came across many thanks, but he never considered defeat, Prabhas went straight to his physiotherapist and started his workout for the second time.
