Ingredients Of Murgh Makhani Recipe
- 700 Gram Raw chicken
- 1 Tsp Red chili powder
- One Tsp garlic and Ginger paste
- Salt As your Taste
- 1/2 Tsp Sugar
- One Tsp Red chili powder
- 100 Gram Fresh cream
- 4 Green chilies, sliced
- 1/2 Tsp Fenugreek leaves (crushed)
- 1/2 Kg Curd
- (175 gm) Gram White butter
- 1/2 Tsp Black cumin seeds
- (1/2) Kg Tomato, pureed
Method To Cook Butter Chicken
1. First of All, Take Pan and Some Butter on It and Heat Also add dry spices and fry for Few Minutes.
2. Then, Add Paste Of ginger garlic, green chilies and fry till it turns aromatic.
3. After This add the tomatoes, Salt, red chili powder. Mix and cook until the tomato becomes thick and begins to leave the sides of the pan
4. Add 1 cup water and Add Some methi powder, cashew or almond paste or almond milk. Adjust the water to suit your desired texture.

5. Bring the Combine to a boil and simmer for 2 to 4 min. Then Add kasuri methi and garam masala Now or add at a later step for the best aromatic.
6. After that Add chicken and simmer for about 4 to 6 minutes until it becomes Tender and soft.
7. Add kasuri methi, garam masala. Simmer and Stir for about 2 to 4 minutes. After Completing This Recipe Switch off the stove.
8. Finally, Your Butter Chicken is Ready to Let’s Served With coriander leaves and extra cream if desired.
