Drew Carrey Weight Loss

Drew Carrey is one man who let it happen for himself.  One day, he got up on the right side of the bed and decided that he was sick of being fat; so, he just went on his weight loss journey! His real motivation was a little deeper than he claims. This comedian always feared to die at a young age. He even made himself believe that he was going to die before the age of 60 years. His father was a big example that such an atrocity happens. Drew’s dad died at the age of 40 and from a heart attack; so, the comedian did not want history to repeat itself. He still had a lot of things to do in this life. For a man who made the world laugh, this surely was a down feeling.

Despite the fact that drew never wanted to follow his father’s footsteps, he ended up getting diagnosed with heart disease. He was feeling some chest pains and ended up in the doctor’s doing some tests. As a result, he went for angioplasty and got one of his arteries with a stent. Following all these sad events, Drew’s mom became terminally ill. That’s when his health went down the road. He was sad, depressed and afraid. What a series of unfortunate events happening all at the same time like a big bundle of a big wake-up call.

So, Carey started on a somber journey consisting of a Diet, a workout regimen, and supplements. He was doing it all. But, he did not go for the contrave weight loss. He picked a custom made supplement that is an appetite suppressant developed by a Hollywood nutritionist. His serious dedication got him to lose 80 pounds. He was lucky that he had someone to direct him about how to eat, what to eat, how much to exercise and what his heart rate should be. When the comedian lost all this weight, he was no longer diabetic. Now he feels much better and is enjoying his life. Drew mentioned that his fiancée had a five-year-old son whom he loves so much. He wanted to watch him, graduate. So, ever since he made this massive change to his life, he feels that this no longer is a wish but became a reality. He now feels better than he ever felt. Drew Carrey Weight Loss Diet Plan

Drew embraced one perfectly healthy diet plan to lose his weight and adjust his health. He did not want to end up like his father who passed away at the age of 40. The comedian was heading there until he decided to make some changes to his life.

Regarding his diet, Drew went for a no-carbs regimen. So, he was no longer allowing himself doughnuts, bread, pizzas and even corn. There were no legumes, no tacos or any of the kind. In the morning, he would have himself an egg-white omelet with come fresh fruits on the side. This meal became his star meal of the week. Greek yogurt was his new best friend. Also, Drew did not forget the benefits of drinking water, a lot of it. You may want to also check the homemade detox bath for more ideas on living healthy and clean.

As for his workout, he was doing a mix of cardio and weight training. He began his workout regimen by running in the morning. He was gradually doing his jogging and ended up being able to run for 45 minutes non-stop. This was his routine five days a week. Also, the comedian was adding some spin cycle classes that he hated at the beginning; but, ended up loving the competition with younger people. This is one intensive work out that lets you burn more than 600 calories every 30 minutes. He did not need a protein powder for weight loss. Drew was eating enough proteins in his diet to help him build muscles at a healthy rate and keep up with his exercising routine.

Drew Carry Weight Loss before and after

Drew’s diet changes a lot from when he was 100 pounds heavier. Unlike Mark Hamill weight loss regimen that was about food deprivation for a massive weight loss; Drew was eating well and not following a low calories diet. His old version would have a significant breakfast consisting of eggs, sausages, and cheese in a sandwich with a Muffin on the side. He also used to indulge himself in pancakes. Some days he used to go for some steak and eggs with hash browns and pancakes. Now, he is happy eating his scrambled egg white with some fresh fruits on the side. This is one big makeover.

For lunch, the comedian used to have a turkey club sandwich or a tuna melt with a lot of French fries. He used even to have one entire pizza: pepperoni pizza was his favorite. Now that he is on the healthy lifestyle, he is opting for a turkey burger with a side of steamed veggies like broccoli. He is also getting himself a nice small bowl of green salad.

For dinner, Drew used to have massive meals high in fat like some spicy chicken or one big plate of fettuccini with a heavy cream sauce and some bread. Now, he is happy with some grilled chicken breasts with some steamed veggies and a salad. His dressing is even lighter, and he is picking balsamic vinegar.

Throughout the days, Carry used to allow himself a bag of Doritos with a side ranch dressing. Now he sometimes cheats with a couple of crackers. As for his snacks, they are mostly fruits like apples, grapes or a Popsicle that is sugar-free. Drew got rid of his soda addiction, and sugar-full coffee; instead, he is into his water. He ends up drinking 64 ounces of water every day!
