An infrared sauna is all about the length of exposure. While you might lose weight quickly following a session, you might want to know that this is just your body fluids. However, from another angle, if you are looking for a significant fat weight loss, then you might want to be patient because it will take some time to achieve your goal.

From another angle, when you get exposed to a far infrared sauna, studies showed that it might lead to a slight increase in the hormone HGH and a decrease in your cortisol levels.
