Who is Amy Schumer?

Amy Schumer is an American standup comedian and actress. Having received a Peabody award, this young woman keeps moving forward with her success. She got a nomination for a Primetime Emmy award, five times. Amy is 36 years old and lives in New York. Amy was a sensation in her movie with Goldie Hawk.

When she first arrived in Hollywood, she was referred to as the fat one. That’s when someone came to her and told her that in the movie world, anyone above the weight of 140 pounds is considered overweight and his figure will hurt the eyes of the viewers. Following this funny remark that Amy took for real, she decided to lose weight. And, she did it! Despite her losing weight, Amy keeps saying that while her body did shrink, her head stayed the same. She thinks she looks like a balloon now and this is not cute on her. So, she feels that she will never listen to anyone else anymore, especially about her looks. She is enjoying her Food and her new body and doesn’t care any less about her haters. Amy believes that everyone needs to stay his image. She hates the fact that she had to fit the actress look for her movie “trainwreck.”  After the film was over, she gave her haters the middle finger and did what is called the revenge eating.

While Amy changed her mind about dieting and looking her best as a Hollywood actress, nobody denies that she did lose weight. But, how did she do it? Amy does not believe in molding herself to fit a particular image and her message after losing weight was provocative. In that life-changing movie of hers, Amy did look her very best.

Amy started working out with a personal trainer, the same guy who helped Megan Fox. During their first meeting, the trainer explained to this young woman that Hollywood stars follow a no-food diet. They just do not eat to keep their figure as slim as possible. They start their day with a green smoothie and end up having very light meals for lunch and dinner. Water is their solution for when they get hungry.

While still focusing on what she was told before her revenge reaction, Amy tried this crazy diet. She followed for six weeks. Her morning green smoothie contained spinach and kale. For lunch, she was having a tuna cracker or Caesar’s salad. For dinner, she was only eating a piece of protein that is as big as her fist. The protein was either fish or chicken; and, she was adding some grilled veggies as a side. Despite her inadequate caloric intake, Amy was not following a diet with the same advantages as the gluten-free diet benefits. This latter does not restrict your food intake minimally. Mitch Grassi weight loss regimen consisted of getting grid of anything containing gluten. His weight transformation was such a sock to the public as he appeared to be much thinner.

The morning smoothie is one of the best meals in Amy’s six weeks diet. An example of this drink is the avocado coconut one. It consists of adding two slices of avocados, 2 ounces of no-fat cottage cheese, one big spoon of coconut oil, some water, and coconut flakes. Her drink was during the morning. So, she did not have to follow a liquid diet weight loss system that consists of juicing most of your food.

Aside from her barely containing food regimen, Amy was working out very hard. She had her trainer by her side that kept her doing so many weight-loss activities like jumping, puffing, and weightlifting.

Her workout aimed to boost her cardiovascular system and make it burn so many calories in as little as 35 minutes. The trainer believes that by changing your workout constantly, you let your body guess and this will make it burn the maximum. So, here workouts were very intense but were altered continuously. An example of such an exercise is the following:

  • Doing single leg lateral jumps
  • Having frog hops
  • Jumping long with hopping
  • Box jumping and rebounding
  • Doing lateral jumps with a leap
  • Doing kangaroo jumps

Amy was doing her best, and she did look her best for this fantastic movie. The controversy is when the film was over; this young actress was ready to gain back the weight with a clear conscience.

Aside from her weight loss regimen and the exercising routine, Amy admits to using the Garcinia Cambogia weight loss pills. These are obtained from the sweet fruit that is found in Indonesia. The fruit itself looks like a little green pumpkin and has been linked to weight loss.

While many systems restrict the caloric intake, people still use them widely. Similar to Amy’s weight loss regimen come to the ABC diet results. This regimen is called the Ana Boot Camp and consists of eating very little. It lets you eat over a period of 50 days minimal calories ranging from 0 to 500 calories for most of the days. Only one day you are allowed to have 800 calories. This system is very close to starvation, and it has been called the anorexic people’s diet. Attention was directed towards this method because it classified anorexia as a lifestyle instead of a disorder. Everyone understands the health risks of living as an anorexic person, and this diet was encouraging people to go for it. When you are anorexic, you have fatigue, dizziness, very low blood pressure, irregular heartbeats, anemia, kidney issues and gastrointestinal problems. If a person has been anorexic for quite some time, it could lead to severe side effects like death.

When you follow a very restricted diet regimen, you put your body in many risks. One of them is messing up your kidneys. Then, you will end up needing to follow the renal diet menu. This latter consists of getting rid of food that contains Sodium, Potassium and Phosphorus. One has to be careful from hidden sources of Sodium like processed meats, pickled food, canned food, spices, and many more. You need to avoid nuts, beans, seeds, and lentils.

When you have extra weight, and you feel unattractive, you start looking for the perfect diet and food system that will make you lose that extra weight. While many pick a healthy regimen, you need to keep in mind that eating veggies and fruits bring to your body a lot of nutrients. This will help it stay healthy for an extended period. Some might pick to complement their regimen with some weight loss supplements. In that case, you need to be very careful when choosing the perfect weight loss pill. Some can lead to many health risks, while others can promote health and wellbeing.

Finally, in case of pills you decide to go on tablets, you have to check with your physician to make sure that this is the right pill for you. Like is too short to spend it being sick and vomiting. Keep it healthy.
