Use Jicama Chips to scoop up your salsa, guacamole or your favourite bean dip.
1 medium jicama, peeled and rinsed (about 1 1/Four kilos)
- Cut the jicama in part after which into 1/Four-inch-thick slices with a pointy knife. Serve with salsa, guacamole, hummus or any bean dip.
