While the manufacturer says it takes as few as 6 treatments to see a reduction in re-growth, it could take longer. Most people (myself included) will tell you that it takes at least 8 sessions to see significant change. It depends on among other things the texture and amount of hair that you have.

It has five settings, which give you the freedom to choose the setting with which you are most comfortable with. If you can put up with some heat, level 5 is ideal. I found this hair removal machine to be close to painless. The only twitches I got here and there happened when I was zapping under the arm, but I could not call them painful.

I prefer the cord to recharging batteries. You only have to plug in and zap away, and you never have to worry about running out of charge. What I do not like much is having to refill the cartridges that get depleted after two full body treatments.

What Do I Recommend?

This journey to hairless freedom has me using every product that I think could be better in performance. I have used each of the products in this review, and my favorite of all times remains Tria Beauty Hair Removal Laser 4X. Maybe my decision is based on my bias for laser, but it could also be because this was the first product that I used when I embarked on this journey. It has reduced my re-growth by 95%!
