I have a low amount of insomnia due to thoughts continuing along bad roads, and the voice part works wonders to shut it up. The first module always has the same ambient tones, but a couple variable voice tracks, which signals to my brain that it’s bedtime, but the words don’t lose effect because it’s not the same every night. The following modules vary in music and words. The bedtime CDs and other meditation apps I used to have stopped working after a week, but Pzizz has been helping me for over a month. Very helpful.
