I started working a 12hr night shift a few months ago, naturally my sleep pattern got messed up, I was so desperate for sleep, I googled “how to power nap”. After scrolling through several pages, a websites I came across highly recommended pzizz. I downloaded it and was shocked when I woke up 45 minutes later feeling refreshed. During my break that night I used it again and woke up fresh. Now all my colleagues on my team use pzizz. We often joke we going to pzizz ourselves to sleep.
I also use this for my adhd/aspergers son. This stuff really works. I’ve got to be the biggest pzizz fan out there.
