5 healthy smoothies for your daily breakfast

Consuming a daily Breakfast is one of the habits that help us to have an optimal level of physical and mental energy and in addition, achieve an adequate weight.

Although for a long time it was played down, nowadays it is known that its consumption helps maintain a good metabolic functioning and if that were not enough, it reduces anxiety.

Preparation

  • Wash the cranberries and mix them in the blender with the natural yogurt and the honey spoonful.
  • After obtaining a homogeneous and creamy drink, add the chia seeds.

  • Extract the juice from the oranges and pour it into the glass of the blender together with the strawberries.
