4. Foods with high fiber. Eat your veggies or check your food labels for foods with a minimum of 3 (preferably higher) grams of fiber. Fiber is a natural way to keep your digestive system running strong.

5. Drink water. Okay I understand that water is not technically a food but it is important to your fat loss.

When you are dehydrated your metabolism slows making fat burning less efficient. Start your morning off with a glass of water since your body is likely to dehydrate during the evening.
