·        The Vaayu shamak or Vayu mudra is effective for curing back pain. It decreases the vaayu element and vata humor element from the body. For performing this mudra, you should sit in a position and place the tips of your index finger at the bottom of your thumb and apply some pressure.



·        The Apaan vaayu mudra is ideal for back pain. It is a unique mudra, which detoxifies the body. This is also effective for heart patients experiencing back pain issues. For practicing this mudra, sit in a position and join the tips of your thumb, ring finger and middle finger. Then, place the tips of your index finger at the thumb’s base for forming the Apaan Vaayu mudra.



·        The Vaata naashak mudra too is effective for the management of back pain. It helps in reducing the vata humor element in the body. You need to sit comfortably and place the tips of your middle finger and index finger together at the bottom of your thumb. Apply some pressure to form the vaata naashak mudra.
