Point 4– This point can be found in the wrist joint, in a shallow area between the endpoints of the two forearm bones.

Point 5– When you bend forward you will find two vertebrae stand out on the neck. This point can be found between these 2 vertebrae.

Shoulder Pain:

Point 4– This point is located on the back surface of the shoulder, just a thumb width above the end of the armpit.

Point 5–This point lies in a shallow groove on the side of the shoulder right next to this pointed bone.

Back Pain:

Point 1– This point is located in the flesh between the thumb and the index finger.

Point 2– This point can be found in the skin between the 2nd and the 3rd toes.

Point 4– This point is located at least 2 thumb-widths vertically below point 3.

Point 5– This point is found at the center of the crease right beneath the buttock.

Point 6– This point is found at the center of the crease right at the back of the knee joint.

Knee Pain:

Point 2– Find 2 depressions right below the kneecap. This point is found in the center of the outer depression.

Point 4– This point lies is located in the center of the crease right at the back of the knee joint.

Point 5– This point is located at the mid-point of the upper border of the knee-cap.

Point 6– There are 2 depressions just below the knee-cap. This point is located in the center of the inner depression.
