The UBoat Pod Mod By Kanger Previewed

Ooh I do like a good Pod Mod – so it’s nice to see the Kanger UBoat appear on the scene!

The styling is pretty simple little mod with a textured coating.

The battery part is an automatic fire device – meaning you just inhale and it will kick in – no messing with pressing fire etc.

With this being a low power high resistance coil this is targeted at starter vapers or those who just want a little stealth device. This should be ideal for high nicotine or nicotine salt E-liquid.

This has an internal battery of 550mAh which is pretty good for a pod mod so should last well. This also has a quick charge capability with the included charging deck so shouldn’t be out of your hands long whilst charging.

The pod (the part you put in your mouth and holds the e-liquid) has a good capacity of 2ml – which sadly due to the TPD regulations is the largest capacity we can buy in the EU.

Plus the beauty of this kit is the pods are refillable – so you can pick what flavours, brands and strengths of E-liquid you want – much more freedom than being tied to buying manufacturer only brand pods.

Combine this with a nice 1.5ohm ceramic coil head should be great for battery life and a nice sneaky vape!

To fill you simply pull off the pod, remove the plug and squirt E-liquid into the filling hole.

There is sadly only one colour to choose from and it’s Black!

I was already thinking what a great little pod mod this appears to be.

Then I saw the price and it’s even more appealing now!

The ceramic coil heads and a decent battery capacity too also make me think this is a good buy!
