Rob Dolan Wines are again hosting the ultimate food and wine dining experience with The Pairing Method: an opportunity to create your own dish with 2-hatted chef Tyson Bertoncello (O.MY) and Master of Wine Meg Brodtmann, based on which individual elements pair best with Rob Dolan Wines. We were invited to the launch event at the Rob Dolan Wines Farm House and found the activation and dinner to be one of the best events of the year.
