For the last 30 years Nick Radge has tested and traded a large percentage of the markets on our planet. Starting out as a trader on the floor of the Sydney Futures Exchange Nick moved up the ranks to Institutional Broker working for large broking houses in Sydney, London and Singapore. Upon returning to Australia in 1998 Nick and his wife Trish Radge established The Chartist, a stock market advisory service for serious traders and investors.
Radge heads a small team of market analysts and programmers who design, test and implement technical trading systems in both the Australian and US stock markets. The trading systems are designed for busy people who don’t want to monitor the markets during the day but still want to have ultimate control over their investments.
The author of 6 books on trading and specifically technical analysis, it was during the Global Financial Crisis (GFC) that Radge realised investors were crying out for a new approach.
The GFC highlighted that investors could no longer rely on the old fashioned, out-dated advice from financial advisors and fund managers when investing for the long term. The old fashioned ‘Buy and Hold’ or ‘Set and Forget’ methods simply do not work when all stock prices are falling. Radge received phone call after phone call from distressed investors telling him that their managed funds were plummeting but the advisors were telling them to “just hang on”.
When the dust finally settled investors were battered and bruised. Their retirement savings had lost between 35 – 50% of its value. It’s a long hard road back from those kinds of losses.
Nick Radge knew there was a better way.
In 2012 Radge released Unholy Grails – A New Road to Wealth to help change the mind-set of today’s investors.
Unholy Grails – A New Road to Wealth
Here’s a test:
If a stock’s price is falling do you think it represents good value, that it’s cheap?
What about Lehman Brothers? Bear Stearns? AIG? Still think they are cheap? Would you be happy if you were still holding the shares no longer worth the paper they’re written on?
A stock price in motion tends to stay in motion; in Unholy Grails Radge shows you how to be on the positive side of this statement.
Nick Radge is focused on momentum investing. He shows you how to hitch a ride on stocks that are trending up or protect your capital during sustained bear markets.
Whether investing your retirement funds or using an active investment strategy to manage your personal wealth, Nick Radge examines and tests numerous investment strategies to determine the right one for you.
Don’t expect the same old, worn out advice from Nick Radge. His book’s not called Unholy Grails for nothing!
Writing a Book Brings Business Success
Most small businesses rely on word-of-mouth to expand. Imagine if you could get those words coming out of mouths all around the world! With a lot of hard work and determination you can self-publish a book, build credibility and ultimately attract new clients to your business.
The media loved Unholy Grails because it’s controversial; it dishes the dirt on fund managers stuck in their old ways and too lazy to test new ideas. The media attention had investors Googling and phoning Nick Radge, asking questions and ultimately becoming new clients. People identified with the stories about losses incurred during the GFC and NEVER wanted it to happen again. They were looking for someone new to trust and Nick Radge was in the right place at the right time.
