“Fun times are being had at our new Wednesday night home — The Daily,” says Wine & Song curator, Brad Colerick. “It’s in the new Trader Joe’s complex (formerly Von’s) at 1119 Fair Oaks Ave in South Pas. The facade will be completed soon and you’ll love what’s happening inside. Great food and drink! Doors open at 6 and music starts at 7.”

Dirty Laundry is the nom de plume of 27-year-old singer-songwriter and banjo player Marcus Veliz who paid us a visit back in March at Lost Parrot. He was born in Portland, Oregon, but grew up near Sacramento, California. A wanderer driven by mindfulness, he has played music since childhood. Banjo is the latest in a long line of instruments he plays along with trumpet, autoharp, fiddle, accordion, and guitar.
