Movies, commercials and student films are regularly filmed in South Pasadena because of its “anywhere in the U.S.A., according to the city’s Film Liaison Joan Aguado.

Below are some of the recent productions in South Pasadena:

• 4/5, 6, 9 – A TV pilot for “Our People” was shot in the  2000 block of Edgewood
• 4/7 – A web episode for “Baby Doll Records” was shot in the 2000 block of Meridian.
• 4/8 – A student film from the Art Center was shot in the 200 block of Monterey Road.
• 4/8 – A web commercial for “Dash Cam” was shot in the 200 block of Los Laureles.
• 4/10 – A music video featuring country music singer Keith Urban           was shot on Arroyo Verde.
• 4/11– A still photo for “Cortana Skills” was shot in the 1500 block of Oxley
• 4/11 – A commercial for “Moen” kitchen faucets was shot in the 500 block of Arroyo and Bushnell Avenue.

Hundreds of movies, TV commercials and student films are shot in South Pasadena throughout the year.
