Installing Cyanogen 12.1s ROM in Samsung Galaxy S2 - GTI9100

#ref-menu
Hello everyone,
In this tutorial I am going to show you how to Install Cyanogen 12.1s ROM in GTI9100.
This tutorial Includes Rooting your Phone And install Cyanogen in GTI9100

Personally , I just don't like the TouchWiz UI . Its little bit heavy. That's why most android phones gets slow quickly . I just used both Stock Rom (GingerBread) and Custom Rom (Lollipop) for Galaxy S2 , So in my opinion Cyanogen is awesome. It is much faster than the stock Rom.

Actually Cyanogen has stopped their services and moved to Lineage OS . But that doesn't matter . Cyanogen Roms are still out there . The only problem is that you won't get any more official updates from Cyanogen .

This method is also same for CM11, CM12, and CM12.1 custom ROMs, But you need necessary Files.

So its all for Introduction! Let's begin!

Note :  Please Do this at your own risk. I am not responsible if anything goes wrong. I am pretty sure nothing goes wrong , if you do everything correctly. If any problem occurs please let me know.
Note : you will lose your warranty if you try to root your device

  • Download Samsung USB Drivers And install it in your Pc
  • Make sure that you enabled USB Debugging in your phone, To do this go to Settings > Developers Option > USB Debugging > Tick to Enable. (Developers Option is hidden for Android 4.2.2 or above, to show this option Go to Settings > About Phone > Build Number (Tap on it for 5-8 times))
