Bses Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL) and BSES Yamuna Power Limited (BYPL) launched new and innovative service, wherein you can shoot videos or take photos of evidence of power theft in any area of Delhi and send those evidences on BSES WhatsApp number. Your identity will be kept safe.
BSES consumers can send power theft videos on the following numbers:
BRPL (South and West Delhi) - 9555010022
BYPL (East and Central Delhi) - 8588892156
You can also check the areas which are prone to high power theft.
You can also fill in this form to send your vigilance report to BSES.
BSES started the Internet Messaging Service in some areas of Delhi and continue to spread in other areas. Where power theft impacts the honest consumers, this initiative will reduce losses and help save energy.
