Primavera P6 Web Browser Issues and solutions

Whoever is using Primavera P6 web must see one of the below issue at least one time in their life. The newer versions of Primavera P6 web provides two types of user view; one is the old classic view loads P6 in a java plugin called Applet and other is standard view loads p6 in HTML5 view. In recent days, most browsers stop support Java on their browsers. The recent one is Firefox, look at the highlighted text in the below image taken from the Firefox download page.

Oracle Primavera P6 is replacing the APPLET view with HTML5 view on their each release, and they are improving and moving into complete HTML view, but still the users using Primavera version 16.2 or older must rely on the Java plugin on their browser, So In this section, I have described how to troubleshoot some of the common Primavera P6 Web browser issues and solution.
