Social distancing also called “physical distancing,” means maintaining space between yourself and other people outside of your home.
Among multiple COVID-19 measures taken by residential societies, one step is to collect all the deliveries at the gate.
With 60% of visitors being delivery agents get stopped from entering the society further reduces the chances of infection.
Here is the feature “ Collect Delivery-At-Gate” to make the admin’s task easy in receiving deliveries.
How to use the Delivery AT-THE-GATE feature on Neighbium application?
From Gatekeeper management View when Gatekeeper clicks on visitor entry tile.
After filling all details like name, number and ask the purpose of the visit if it is a delivery service then after pressing the save button.
The Bell will ring at filled flat no. members’ mobile numbers.
Flat members can click on the approve or reject button and also request to “Leave the parcel at the Gate”. After choosing the option “Leave Parcel at the Gate”.
A screen will appear with the “Accept parcel” from the gate and by clicking on it and OTP will be generated to collect the parcel from the gate for the flat members.
By sharing that OTP to the gatekeeper flat members can collect their parcel at the gate.
