The Reason I Hate Obamacare

Different people hate Obamacare for different reasons. Some hate it because it has forced them to change health insurance carriers. Others detest it because it has caused their premiums to go up. Some small business owners dislike it because it indirectly limits how many people they can hire. Some doctors oppose it because it is a logistical nightmare for them. I hate it for a completely different reason. Thanks to Obamacare, I am forced to pay, via my health insurance premiums, for treatment for drug and alcohol abuse, even though I will never use it. I get no discount or credit for being prudent enough to steer clear of alcohol and illegal drugs. How fair is that? And that’s not to mention the fact that I’m also forced to pay for women’s birth control supplies. While I have no religious objection to birth control, I do resent the fact that my insurance company is required to cover it but is allowed to decline paying for certain medications that middle aged men like myself might want to utilize. When or if Obamacare is ever repealed, I’ll jump for joy.
