Hillary Clinton had originally declined a debate challenge offered by Bernie Sanders. She said that Mr. Sanders would have to “tone it down” if she was to engage in any debate. Much of the country thought the same thing – tone what down?
Bernie had been playing softball in the previous debates. He went as far as dismissing her number one weakness – the email debacle. Hillary is a woman so she feels he has to be nicer to earn her presence. If she can't handle a 74-year-old kitten like Sanders, how on Earth could she handle Donald Trump, or Vladimir Putin?
The Clinton campaign rebuked Bernie by suggesting that he was running a “negative campaign.” Is this stunning news? A politician going negative, how profound indeed. Mrs. Clinton is sending a Machiavellian misogynist message to Bernie that suggests he may be accused of roughing up a woman.
The negativity Bernie had referred to are facts. He brought to light the fact that Hillary is taking money from Wall Street. He also pointed out another fact that she has been paid exorbitant amounts of money for speeches she has given.
Former Secretary of State Clinton often uses female body parts and emotion in her campaign. RE: the fallacy of a war on women, gay rights, benefits for illegal immigrants, racism, pro-choice advocacy, and a laundering list of other non-issues.
It is a sad state of affairs that she is struggling to beat a self-proclaimed socialist that wants to raise taxes across the board and give everything away for free. Of course, nothing is free. The rich do not earn enough to cover his $20 trillion spending spree, the Middle Class will flip the bill.
She has lost five states in a row and will likely lose Wisconsin. The latest polls have Bernie up 47% to Hillary's 45%. It will be the 8% of undecided voters that will determine which candidate will stand the victor.
