If this Judgement that allowed this man to assault his Wife is allowed to be upheld then it must be enshrined within the law of Sweden otherwise it just cannot be viable and the law is corrupt, if that is the case there should be no other alternative than to reject this judgement and admonish the judges who came to this decision, otherwise it goes without saying that assault on another person is justified in Sweden, it will be interesting to see the reaction from the all the women’s rights rallies around the world, and hear what they have to say about this case.
