Donald John Trump, the candidate for the Republican nomination for President of the US in the 2016 election, created a new controversy saying that those women who have abortions and if the practice were illegal should be punished. With this statement, he faced tremendous criticism from his rival parties.

Trump has been against abortion since the past told that women should receive some form of punishment if abortion were banned as a law in the US. But, he could not clarify whether the punishment should be small fine or long term imprisonment.

The Remarks of Donald Trump produced strong objection from all walks of life and it ultimately reduced his supporters among women. Hillary Clinton, the Democratic leader, described the remarks as “horrific and telling”. Those who had been campaigning against abortion, maintained a safe distance from the remarks.

In the midst of the tempest of controversy, Trump issued a quick illumination of the remarks. His position “has not changed”, he said, in spite of going ahead to completely retract the prior articulations he made in an interview taken by Chris Matthews on MSNBC.

The remarks made by Donald Trump was nothing but a one sided decision of his own, because he did not mention specifically about the person responsible for a woman to be pregnant. It was observed in some cases that women undergone for abortion out of compulsion by the family members or her male partners. So, who would be found guilty in that case as far as killing a life in the womb?

Republican competitors who contradict ‘abortion’ rights for the most part supporter legitimate repercussions for specialists and restorative suppliers who really perform premature births yet not for ladies. Trump, who once depicted himself as “very pro-choice” and said that he has following “developed” on the issue, was really very much uncomfortable against interrogation.

Different competitors in the race of presidential election instantly bounced on Trump’s underlying remarks. Brian Phillips, an assistant on Republican Sen. Ted Cruz’s campaign, came back to Cruz’s basic line of assault that Trump was not a genuine social conventional.
