Republican Leadership Goals

There are two goals of the Republican Party leadership:

  1. To keep or take as much as possible from those who are unlikely to vote and/or those that they can keep from voting;
  2. To give as much as possible to those who already have much, and whom they might be able to persuade to donate to the Republican Party leadership.

They have absolutely no intention of helping anyone who cannot help them (except by duping them into voting for them by persuading them that their troubles are all caused by those lazy poor people and aliens, both legal and illegal). Avoiding hurting people is not even considered

The Democratic Party leadership doesn’t understand that unless they trumpet these points very loudly and often, they won’t even get their point of view mentioned by the news media. The news media are busy giving constant coverage to those that abuse them. In today’s front page of the online Global New York Times, the only U.S. political figures named were: President Trump, Sean Spicer, Kellyanne Conway and Steve King. No Democrats. Democrats need to stand on their hind legs and yell, not speak softly and wisely in their debate team pose.
