South Carolina News: Horry County Man, Glendell Long Pleads Guilty to Federal Firearm Charge

Columbia, South Carolina – United States Attorney Sherri A. Lydon announced today that Glendell Long, a/k/a “Okera Uzoma,” 46, of Longs, South Carolina, pled guilty in federal court to being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition.

Evidence presented to the court showed that in March 2018, officers with the Horry County Police Department were conducting an investigation into an unrelated crime when they discovered an American Tactical Omni Hybrid multi-caliber rifle and several rounds of .223 caliber and 7.62 mm ammunition in Long’s home.
