Cute huh!  These teeny furballs have oh so delicately but systematically munched every Spinach Seed sown in the polytunnel last weekend.

It seems they treat Spinach seed as we would peanuts; crack open the hard shell to get at the tasty kernel.

I wouldn’t mind but they have a full buffet bar in the compost heaps…
