The course of his journey results in clashes with rival hunters and thieves. You will also come across various other supporting characters in the game like Nate’s mentor Victor Sullivan, his love interest Elena Fisher, and Chloe Frazer(ex-girlfriend). In all of them, Chloe Frazer later serves as the main protagonist of a spin-off game called Uncharted: The Lost Legacy.

The Uncharted series had its own highs and lows during its journey and was generally met with criticism and on the other hand, numerous end-year awards, as well as honors for its technical achievements, and storytelling. Though, in the end, the games in the series got their glory back as Drake’s Fortune was very well-received with each of its numbered sequels receiving universal acclaim from critics. Apart from all this, even the series’ spin-off titles like Golden Abyss and The Lost Legacy were also positively received.

Uncharted 5 Release Date

As the name Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End itself suggests like a conclusion of a story. The same was thought about the game that it had come to an end, as this game was goodbye for the protagonist, Nathan Drake. We saw that after his last adventure, Nathan wasn’t much interested in adventures and gave it up. While later he started a salvage company with his wife, Elena. In the end, they were living a peaceful life and had a daughter named Cassie Drake.

All this seems like a perfect ending for Nathan, and we all felt the same way. This was thought to be the conclusion of the Uncharted series but the developers had some other plans in their mind, as then came Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, which was a shock to everyone.

Though the game was thought to be a sequel to Uncharted 4but it was not. This game didn’t have Nathan in the main role and instead, it featured his ex-girlfriend, Chloe Frazer. Though this title also received positive reviews. But this wasn’t a sequel and instead, it was standalone or a spin-off to the main series. After all, this happened, there have been reports that Uncharted 5 is officially in development, with Naughty Dog supervising the project.
