New Metal Gear Survive Beta Available To PC Gamers As Well

Konami today announced a new Metal Gear Survive Beta which is going to be released for gamers on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC next week. This is the first time that PC gamers get to try this title as the previous beta was only provided to console owners. The new Metal Gear Survive beta has been announced about a week after the PC hardware requirements for this game were confirmed.

Metal Gear Survive was first announced back in 2016 and it’s the first game in the franchise that has been developed without Hideo Kojima’s involvement. The title was supposed to be released last year but it was delayed to early 2018.

The release is not that far off now and there has already been a successful beta. Konami is now going to launch another beta for the title so that PC gamers can get in on the action as well. The new Metal Gear Survive beta is going to start February 16th and will be available through February 18th.

Players will be able to access three missions set across two maps and they will also be able to try the co-op functionality with up to four players. They will also receive special daily missions over the three days that the beta is live. Gamers who take part in the beta will receive a special FOXHOUND name plate, bandana, and Metal Gear Rex Head accessory which can be equipped to the in-game avatar.

Metal Gear Survive is going to be released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on February 20th.
