T-Mobile Digits Lets You Use One Number Across Multiple Devices

If you own Multiple Devices and you would love to be able to use one number across all of them, there are services like that out there. However it now seems that this is a service that is being offered by T-Mobile. Dubbed “Digits”, this new service from T-Mobile basically lets you use the same number across multiple devices.

However the reverse is also true in which users can use multiple numbers of the same device, even if you don’t own a device that supports multi-SIM. This means that there is no longer a need to carry around a work phone and a personal phone, although we guess some people might prefer keeping their personal and professional lives separate, not to mention multiple devices means you probably won’t drain your battery quite as fast.

According to T-Mobile’s CEO John Legere, “DIGITS works just like your T-Mobile phone number, except it is way more powerful. DIGITS works across virtually ALL your devices, and those devices can have multiple numbers on them. And this is my favorite part: you can even use DIGITS on Verizon, AT&T and other smartphones!”

Interestingly enough it also seems that this new service will work on non-T-Mobile devices, so if you aren’t a T-Mobile user, not to worry as you’ll still be able to sign up for it. Note that right now Digits is in beta and the carrier expects to launch it in 2017.
