Several months ago, it was confirmed that Bioshock would be getting a remaster in the form of BioShock: The Collection. The good news for console gamers is that you don’t really need to worry about whether your console can support the game, which we guess is one of the upsides to console gaming.
For PC gamers if you are unsure if your PC can support the game, the folks at 2K have since published the system requirements that you will need if you want to run the game. Starting with the minimum hardware requirements, gamers will need Windows 7 or better, an Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 processor clocked at 2.66GHz, or an AMD Athlon X2 clocked at 2.7GHz.
4GB will be the minimum amount of RAM required, and at least 70GB of hard drive space. In terms of GPU, we’re looking at a DirectX11 Compatible AMD Radeon HD 7770 or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560. If you already meet all these requirements, maybe you might be interested in seeing if you can match 2K’s recommended system specs.
