  1. Holiday Festival of Lights at Lake Las Vegas

Lake Las Vegas is an amazing place to visit year-round, but during the holiday season they really go all out! The Holiday Festival of Lights takes place every weekend from November 22nd through December 31st, with two shows each night at 5:15 pm and 6:30 pm. The festival also includes a holiday market with unique gifts from local artisans and handmade jewelry designers, as well as a silent auction for charity. The Bay Lights Festival will light up San Francisco's Golden Gate Bridge from Dec. 8 through Jan. 7 with 2 million LED lights choreographed to music by artists such as Zedd and Moby. The display will cover 1 mile of the iconic bridge's western span, stretching from San Francisco Marina District to Fort Baker near Sausalito on the north side of the bridge (off of Highway 101).
