How to Install OxygenOS 4.1.6 Update on OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T
Method 1
Step 1: You need to enable the phone’s USB Debugging option. Go to Settings > About phone > Build number and tap it 7 times. This will enable the Developer Options menu, where you can find USB Debugging.
Step 2: Download the ADB and fastboot driver – Download and install it on your PC.
Step 3: Download the OxygenOS 4.1.5 ROM For OnePlus 3/3T, then copy it in the same folder where ADB is installed.
Step 4: Turn off the phone and boot it into Recovery Mode.
Step 5: From here, choose the Install from ADB Sideload option.
Step 6: Connect the device to a PC.
Step 7: While in the ADB folder, press shift and right click, so you can open a command.
Step 8: Type adb devices, in order to check your connectivity. If the phone is listed, you can flash the ROM.
Step 9: Type adb sideload File Name.zip to start the flashing process.
Step 10: Wait for around 10 minutes, until the flashing is completed.
Step 11: Reboot the phone.

Method 2
Step 1: Download the OxygenOS 4.1.5 OTA .zip file from above and save it on your phone.
Step 2: Turn it off, then boot into Recovery mode, by holding Power + Volume Down.
Step 3: Select Apply Update, then ‘Choose from Internal Storage’.
Step 4: Look for the OTA .zip file which you’ve downloaded earlier.
Step 5: Select the file. This will start installing OxygenOS 4.1.5 on your phone.
Step 6: Wait until the process is ready. It will take around 10 minutes.
Step 7: Reboot your phone.
