Gionee A1 Lite launched in Nepal with 20 megapixel Selfie camera and Android Nougat

Gionee the Chinese Smartphone manufacturer has launched its flagship selfie-focused smartphone called Gionee A1 in India in March this year. Now it has launched the latest selfie-focused smartphone with a 20-megapixel front-facing camera and the smaller version of Gionee A1 called Gionee A1 Lite smartphone in Nepal.

The Gionee A1 Lite features a 5.3 inch HD (1280 X 720 pixels) IPS display. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor. It also comes with Android 7.0 Nougat pre-installed with Gionee’s custom Amigo 4.0 UI to keep things refreshed.

It has 3 GB RAM and 32 GB of storage. At the back of the device we have a 13 MP f/2.0 camera with dual LED flash and a fingerprint scanner. The highlight of the A1 Lite is the 20 MP front camera with a flash and also a 4,000 mAh battery which is said to offer 295 hours of standby time.

The smartphone comes with dual SIM and a fingerprint sensor at the back of device. Connectivity wise the Gionee A1 Lite supports 4G, WiFi, GPS/AGPS, micro USB, 3.5 mm audio jack and Bluetooth 4.1.

The Gionee A1 Lite will be available in red, black and gold colour options and it costs NPR 26,999 ( Rs 16,869) in Nepal. The pre-booking of the handset had been started from 18th of June in Nepal.

At the moment we don’t have any information about its launch in India.
