The Npvn Portal is the official portal for successful N-Power applicants. NPVN means N-Power Volunteers Network. It is a dedicated portal designed by N-Power for the shortlisted candidates to be able to login. If you’re among those shortlisted for the N-Power programme, you’ll have access to the NPVN portal.

Successful N-Power applicants can add their bank account details by logging into the portal via http://npvn.npower.gov.ng/

N-Power recruitment is free and fair to all, and as such even if you do not find your name on the first batch of shortlisted candidates, never money anyone who poses as a member of the n-Power recruitment team. Your name might be among the 300,000 names that would be published in the 2^nd batch.

Two Simple Methods To Add Bank Account Number To NPVN Portal

Method 1:

1. Visit the official NPVN Portal at http://npvn.npower.gov.ng/
2. You’ll see 3 options: Teach Health, and Agro. Click on the one that’s applicable to you.
3. A login page would be displayed for you to sign in and gain access to the NPVN portal.

5. Click on ‘Set Up Your Bank Account For Your Monthly Salary’ at the centre of the portal
6. Use the drop-down option to select your bank
7. Enter your account name and your account number; the system will automatically retrieve your BVN.
8. Click on ‘Update Account’

Method 2:

1. Login to your NPVN Portal at http://npvn.npower.gov.ng/
2. You’ll see 3 options: Teach Health, and Agro. Click on the one that’s applicable to you.
3. A login page would be displayed for you to sign in and gain access to the NPVN portal.
4. Enter your username and password and click ‘Sign In’
5. By the left hand side of your portal, you’ll see the following options at the main navigation

• Home
• Prepare
• Announcements
• My Profile
• Change Password
• About NPVN
• Get Help

6. Click ‘My Profile’
7. You’ll be shown two options: Personal Information & Bank Information
8. From the Bank Information section, click on ‘EDIT’
9. Choose your bank from the drop down menu
10. Enter your bank account name, your account number, the portal will automatically upload your BVN.
11. Click on ‘Update Account’

How to Contact N-Power

N-Power has been responsive enough to provide several methods through which applicants can reach them to make their difficulties/problems known, and briefly I’ll be taking you through the various methods through which you can contact N-Power support in case you have any reason to.

1. NPVN Phone Number

If you’ve seen your name on the shortlist yet you’re unable to login, or you have logged in successfully yet you’re still having some challenges, you can reach the NPVN Support via this phone number:  0814-556-9572.

You should have it in mind that a whole lot of people might be trying to call in at the same time so exercise patience and keep trying if you call in and the line is busy.

2. E-mail NPVN

If you’re having difficulties reaching the NPVN support via their phone number, you can alternatively send your issues to them via email.

To do this send an email to [email protected] in the following format:

• Name
• Registered Phone Number
• LG or residence
• State of residence
• E-mail address
• Programme applied for
• Nature of complaint

3. Tweet at N-Power

To make use of this contact method, you must have a twitter account. You can tweet whatever challenges you’re having to @npower_ng and they’ll respond to you as soon as possible.

4. Like N-Power on Facebook

If you do not have a twitter account and you’re more conversant with Facebook, then you can like the N-Power Facebook Page and you can make your issues known and learn how to resolve them as well as get more information about the N-Power program.

5. Chat with an NPVN Agent

This method is somewhat similar to sending an email to NPVN. You can see the NPVN chat box on the homepage of your NPVN portal, click it to send your complaints.
