“Breathe” app can be very effective in helping you relax and focus on your breathing. It not just guides you through deep breaths but also reminds you throughout the day to spare time for it. But what if you longer want to be notified of it? Worry not; you can turn off breath Reminders on your Apple Watch to prevent those alerts from distracting you again and again.
You also have the option to adjust the breath reminder notification based on your need. For instance, you can set it up to notify you twice a day or five times a day. And just in case you wish to completely disable the Breathe Reminders on your Apple Watch, there is an option to do that as well. Let me show you how it works!
How to Disable Breathe Reminders on Apple Watch
Step #1. Launch Apple Watch app on your iPhone
Step #2. Now, tap the My Watch tab at the bottom left corner of the screen.
Step #3. Next, you need to select Breathe.
Step #4. Tap on Breathe Reminders.
Step #5. Next up, you can choose how often you get reminders.
Select None to completely disable notifications.
In case a reminder coincides with an event on your calendar like you are doing exercise or moving the smartwatch will automatically reschedule it. Then, you will receive the reminder once the event is over.
So, that's the easy way to keep those repeated alerts at bay. What's your take on the “Breathe” app and how helpful you find it? Besides, let us know if there is any new feature you want to see in this app.
