macOS High Sierra: Supplementary Update 2 released. While most consumers are waiting for the release of macOS Mojave 10:14, today Apple has once again upgraded its old operating system. Especially for current MacBook Pro from the year 2018 there is today the "Supplementary Update 2". It is to further improve the stability of the Apple laptops.

Supplementary update improves stability

It carries the build numbers 17G2037 and 15P6805 for all other variants. The last additional update for High Sierra 10.13.6 heaved the build numbers to 17G2208 and 15P6703. It was published in late July. You can also download the update separately from the Apple Web site.

So far, Apple has not yet updated its support document. But as soon as the information is ready, you'll find explanations on what safety-related issues the update fixes.

It could well be one of the last or even the latest update for High Sierra. The final version of the successor, macOS Mojave 10.14, is about to be Released.
