The Oppo R17 is already an impressive exterior design phone, but the Pro version has to offer more powerful hardware and a triple-camera system that should deliver similar performance to Samsung's Galaxy series S9. Oppo could unveil the new OPPO R17 Pro on August 23.

What we can say is that the Oppo R17 Pro will have a variable aperture camera in the style of the Galaxy S9 / S9 + / Note9 series. Probably, we can switch between aperture f / 1.5 and f / 1.7, choosing between increased sensitivity for pictures taken in low light conditions and more clarity in daytime snapshots

The video Teaser also indicates that the OPPO R17 Pro features AR capabilities, including the use of games and applications that use augmented reality technology to overlay the captured image of the camera with 3D-generated virtual objects

] The list of accessories for the OPPO R17 Pro could also include a 6.4 "AMOLED screen, integrated with the fingerprint sensor, with a resolution of 1280x2880 pixels. The configuration is based on the Snapdragon 710 chipset, with up to 8GB of RAM (depending on the version).
