HMD Global is going to take the wraps off the upcoming Nokia X6 (2018) on April 27. The device will be launched first of all in China and then it will be rolled out globally in the coming times.
Right ahead of the launch, we have received some Render Images of the Nokia X6 which show off the notched display of the device.
Though we know that the Nokia X6 is going to be a mid-range smartphone, it certainly does look premium. There is a very small chin at the bottom of the display and the ever-hated notch at the top. At the bottom right, you would find the Nokia branding.
The logo used to be on the top right of the top bezel, but since there is no bezel at the top, it had to be shifted to the bottom and it certainly looks way better.
At the back, you would find the same body language as used in the previously launched Nokia 7 Plus. There is a dual camera setup at the back with the LED flash and the fingerprint scanner right underneath it.
Coming to the size of the smartphone, the Nokia X6 will sport a 5.8-inch display with a 19:9 aspect ratio. The device will be launched in two variants – one running on a Helio P60 chipset coupled with 4GB of RAM and one powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 unit with 6GB of RAM.
About the OS, the Nokia X6 is reportedly going to run on Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box. The device will carry a price tag of somewhere around $250/€210 and will be unveiled in China on April 27.
