WhatsApp to stop working on Blackberry 10 OS and Windows 8.0 phones
WhatsApp is no longer to support phones from New year 2018 that are running on old Software OS versions that is Blackberry 10 OS and Windows 8.0, forcing millions of people to upgrade their handsets if they want to use it.
The messaging app has already crossed a billion downloads but will stop working for some of the devices that are running on older versions.
The company said in a blog post “When we started WhatsApp in 2009 people’s use mobile devices looked very different from today” and now technology has been changed a lot and it’s hard to provide support for older devices.
“The Apple App store was only a few months old. About 70 percent of smartphones sold at the time has operating systems offered by Blackberry and Nokia”.
Recently WhatsApp has extended support for both the platforms in June this year. WhatsApp has also revealed from February 1, 2020, it will no longer support Android 2.3.7 Gingerbread.
The app has already stopped support for Windows 7, Android 2.1, Android 2.2 and iOS 6 versions in the 2016 year.

In Google Trends More interestingly Government next policy is making Indians people more confused as “How to link Aadhar and Pan card” under the How to category is the top searched question.
Under the same category, two another topics are more searched “How to book JIO phone” followed by “How to buy bitcoins”.
Indians are still couldn’t able to throw the question out of their heads as “Why did Katappa killed Bahubali” is the most searched word in 2017 according to Google Trends.
Firefox will soon identify websites that have been hacked
With the launch of Quantum version, Firefox browser is becoming better, much faster than before, smoother animation and the interface has improved a lot. Firefox is the only browser competitor of Google Chrome. Menus become easier to navigate and search bar is now giving more suggestions for better browsing experience.
Firefox is working on a new feature with Have I been pwned to flag websites that have been hacked in the past. Firefox is looking to add this new feature to its latest Quantum browser. Have I been pwned is a popular website that can tell you if your email id credentials been hacked in the past by hackers or not.
It is not confirmed yet when this feature is coming Quantum version
