Design-wise, it looks the same as Galaxy S21, but while the S21 features a glass back, the S21 FE has a polycarbonate back. The frame is metallic, and there is no 3.5mm headphone jack. There is a flat-screen on the front with a hole punch in the middle. There are four colors to choose from – Graphite, Lavender, Olive, and White. All of these color options feature a matte finish.
On the front, Samsung Galaxy S21 FE has a 6.4″ display, and it is a Full-HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. There is also Gorilla Glass Victus protection.
The chip powering this phone is the Exynos 2100. So, this is the same SOC that powered the Galaxy S21 in India. It is not a bad chip at all, but when compared to the Snapdragon 888 SOC, it falls short in some areas. There is 8GB RAM paired with 128GB or 256GB storage.
Camera-wise, we are looking at a triple camera setup on the back where the main camera has a 12MP sensor with OIS, dual-pixel PDAF, and 1.8-micron pixels. There is a second camera for ultrawide shots with a 12MP sensor and a 123-degree FOV. Finally, there is an 8MP camera for zoom shots having 3X optical zoom and OIS. For selfies, the phone offers a 32MP camera on the front.
Galaxy S21 FE has a 4,500mAh battery and supports 25W fast charging. Now, you will not get any charger in the box, so all you are going to find in the box is the phone and the charging cable. The phone also supports wireless charging and also reverse wireless charging. Finally, Android 12 based OneUI 4 runs out of the box.
