Recently, Bbm Users have been running into an issue where the app would randomly sign them out of BBM. Not only does it sign you out of BBM, it also won’t let you back in. When users try logging back in it will tell them the credentials they are using are wrong. This has been a pretty frustrating issue for BBM users.
Well, the BBM team have received word on this issue and have discovered the cause of it. It seems like the issue came from the data split from Consumer users and Enterprise Users of BBM. As stated in the message below, if you are still having an issue with being signed out of BBM, reach out to [email protected] When you reach out to them, please provide you BBM PIN, your BlackBerry ID and email address associated with your account. Once they receive your email they should be able to restore your account as quickly as possible. Check out the official message from BBM below.

We understand that some users were unfortunately locked out of their BBM accounts last week.
The cause of this was a Data Split between Consumer Users and Enterprise Users of BBM. Users that were primarily affected were either previously BlackBerry Enterprise users, or had previously signed up for BlackBerry Enterprise services.
Presently, if you are an affected user, please send your BBM PIN/BBID/email address associated with your BBID to [email protected], and we will work to restore your account as soon as possible.
