So just a week ago my husband and I started a low to no carb and no sugar diet to get back to a healthy weight and get in shape. It’s been hardly a week and it’s a bit of a struggle, but getting easier. We’re still getting some sugar cravings and such. Of course, this is not a weight loss product, but I’m getting to my point, just hang with me a moment. You see, we’re trying our best to fight these cravings and keeping with this diet. So far it’s working and we’re noticing pounds starting to drop already. Well, when I saw this juice product, I wanted to give it a try to help add to building our health up. So when the juice arrived I took the recommended serving – 1 cap full per day. Once opened, be sure to refrigerate it, as directed on the bottle. It’s only good for 30 days after open date so be sure to drink your 1 cap daily so it doesn’t go to waste. If you’re sharing with someone you’ll get about half a months worth as this has a total of 32 servings per bottle. The juice itself tastes pretty darn good if you ask me. It’s not really sweet like your typical fruit juice, but it’s not really bitter either. Maybe like a “dry juice” would be a good description? So it’s easy to drink. I found the refrigerated taste much better than the room temperature taste, though, to be honest, but I like any of my juices cold.

Since drinking this juice I found I’ve been more energized and overall feeling good. It may have to do with both my personal dieting and the juice combined, but either way, I’m enjoying the results I’m getting. I can’t promise you will have the same result as each person is different, but I can say it is worth giving a try. I do recommend giving it a week or two to “kick in” to notice any results. Some people will feel it instantly while others take longer to feel results. As for me, I felt the results within about 3 days of regular use. Needless to say, I’m pretty impressed with this and, of course, recommend giving it a try.
