This post was written on behalf of JenJenHouse, I did receive a thank you gift for my participation however all opinions are my own. |
Just when I thought I had beat the Prom buying rush, my daughter tells me that she’s been invited to yet another one! She’s got enough prom dresses to stock her own online store, but apparently wearing the same dress twice and in the same year would be a fashion faux pas that she would never live down.

Though since she has agreed to clean out her closet and donate all her homecoming and prom wear to the special needs prom dress collection, I’ve been browsing dresses again….I’m a sucker for a good cause and if it doesn’t come with a huge price tag I don’t mind sparing my girl from what is sure to be drama filled social humiliation.

That said, my spoiled little princess may not pay much attention to price, but this mama is on a prom budget (your brother still needs a tux and shoes)! So internet browsing for a good deal is how I’ll be spending my day. One stop on my prom of the cheap crusade is JenJenHouse.

JenJenHouse has a very large selection of beautiful prom and homecoming dresses and even a special selection of gowns that are under a $100 that could easily impress Ms. Ma’am’s fashion furious diva friends. Though, it’s the collection of short designed dresses that have caught my eye.

Ms. Ma’am often has to pass up the dress she really wants because the cut it too long to make it wheelchair friendly, JenJenhouse has a wide variety of short style dresses that are just as fabulous as their longer gown counterparts.

While they are all about prom glitz and glam is that JenJennhouse is also a bridal store and an interesting find was that JenJen also caters to the mom to be bridesmaid. I love that an expecting mom can participate in bridal party rituals and still look and feel glamorous…Have y’all seen this type of design before? I have no idea why it had never occurred to me before that there would be such as thing. I mean of course maternity bridesmaid dresses would be necessary.
