- electric pressure cooker (a 6 qt Instant Pot was used to make this recipe)
- measuring cup
- measuring spoons
- knife
- cutting board
- silicone cooking spoon
Ingredients
- 24 oz kielbasa (sliced)
- 18 oz apple jelly
- 1 cup bbq sauce
- 1 Tsp salt
- 1 Tsp pepper
Instructions
Plug in the electric pressure cooker.
Slice the kielbasa.
Place the kielbasa slices, apple jelly, bbq sauce, salt & pepper into the inner pot of the pressure cooker.
Stir with a silicone cooking spoon to mix well.
Place the lid onto the pressure cooker and close to seal.
Set the pressure cooker to cook on manual high pressure for 8 minutes.
When the cooking time ends, do a quick pressure release.
Transfer the contents of the pot to a serving bowl.
