Pinney Talfourd Partner (and Pinney Pacer), Stephen Eccles, will be participating in the 2022 TCS London Marathon on Sunday 2 October. Stephen is running on behalf of Pinney Talfourd’s former charity of year, the Havering Association for People with Disabilities (H.A.D).
H.A.D
H.A.D provide a broad range of services and activities for people with physical disabilities and carers in the London Borough of Havering. In 2019, they were nominated as our Charity of the Year by numerous staff members who have seen first-hand the incredible work they do to ensure those with disabilities continue to have a voice, a choice and control over their lives.
H.A.D offer a wide range of services and activities for people with disabilities and carers. These include:
- Community Friends Project – (Peer Support)
- Benefit advice appointments (in association with Havering Council)
- Hobbies & interests groups
- Social club
- Health & wellbeing classes

“They (H.A.D) are a great group of people working really hard to make the lives of disabled people better.
