I have a food obsession, i love colours in my recipes in a lazy afternoon when i finished off with my work and reached home. I was craving for something sweet being a bong sweet tooth is quite obvious, thought of making a cake in a cooker, i was a bit sceptical as i was making it for the first time but it really turned out to be great even my two year kiddo relished it . So here is the recipe for all you guys.
Maida (Refined Flour)
Sugar
Baking powder
Cocoa powder
Butter
Milk
Egg
salt
In a deep bowl add sugar and butter Beat it well, till the mixture is uniform
Add refined flour, baking powder and cocoa powder beat it with the help of whisk, beat the ingredients well.
Add eggs, milk and a pinch of salt beat the batter until smooth.
Apply oil in Baking Tin, transfer the mixture add water in pressure cooker and place the baking tin put the lid without the whistle heat it for 40 mins lower the flame.
Remove the lid, pull out the baking tin let it cool for an hour add sprinkles for decoration or you can add gems also.
