Exeter Cookery School is now open for business. I was lucky enough to be invited to their opening party last Friday and what a party it was. I got to have a sneaky peak before eager cooks get their mitts on the place and whip up some delights in their amazing state of the art kitchen! Courses ranging from pasta making to French bistro cooking are there to entice you. I, for one can’t wait to get down to Exeter’s quayside to try my hand at some bread making or the shellfish and seafood cookery course.
Jim and Lucy Fisher have been working tirelessly over the last year to bring to you their passion and skill for cooking in the most beautiful setting overlooking the water. I can’t think of a more perfect setting.Check out their course timetable on their website and get yourself booked in. Happy Cooking!
